I wanted to report back on my 1st months trade and thank you for your support.
As for the comment below in regards to the amount of effort I’m putting in to perhaps some of my trades; I’m committed to learning as much as I can and quite enjoy it. I spend a fair bit of time most nights looking at data and analysing strategies.
With my trading month I was blown away by my results which I know won’t be typical but certainly has made a nice buffer and boosted my confidence, both in going forwards and in everything Daniel teaches.
My Covered Calls and Naked Puts resulted in a return on my overall capital of 8.5%. However due to the negative earnings announcement predicted by analysts on CRM I hedged my puts by Short Selling CFDs and thanks again for your support and reassuring me I was on the right track with my proposed strategy. The Short Sell proved to be a very successful hedge, and as a bonus provided a very healthy return. I did exit the Short Sell early and didn’t maximise the profit however as I did it for hedging purposes this didn’t concern me.
So the overall return on my total capital for the month was 24%.
Thanks to Daniel and the support team. Having your knowledge and support on hand certainly is of great reassurance and confidence.
